One of two large works created at the completion of six 24 x 30's studying gaseous and nebulous space formations. These eight works led to the concept of studying the naturally occurring land based marks and craters, the Lunarscape Series.

The first from the series of three. I consider these works more 'finished' as they exist only because of the 12 x 12 studies below.

One of approximately eight works created to study how to represent impact craters and the like. Note the obvious scale give-aways that are almost non-existent in the Lunarscape Series.
The last of these studies in 12 x 12 inches, at this point I realized it was worthwhile to go to the larger 24 x 24 inch format. The viewer is held in the work longer in this one. SOLD
